Asphalt Paving

For new parking lots and repairs, Forest Contractors Ltd. takes care of a wide variety of paving requirements. We construct new parking additional areas, and repave or overlay existing asphalt surfaces. We are an expert in cut and patch repair of broken areas of pavement, including potholes and spider web cracked areas. These areas are symmetrical beyond the damage, excavated, and repaved with HL8 asphalt basecoat and HL3 asphalt topcoat. In addition, our services include minor repairs such as catch-basins and man-holes repavement and we provide free pavement analysis for long-term maintenance plans for all properties as requested.

Crack Sealing

Cracks allow moisture penetration from rain, snow and ice, which erodes the basis of parking lots. Failure to seal them caused further cracking and eventually forms potholes, resulting in more expensive repairs. All cracks are routed and cleaned with pressurized air, then sealed using hot-applied rubberized joint sealant that exceeds federal highway specifications in the commercial industrial and retail sector.

Line Painting

All parking lots should be finished with the same professionalism as it was paved and sealed. Our own team of line painters follows all codes and by-laws for repainting and/or creating a new layout.
